How can I replace a missing tooth?

There are several options for replacing a missing tooth, but dental implants have become the treatment of choice for replacing teeth.

Dental implants offer a tooth replacement option that is most like your natural tooth because they integrate right into the jawbone, taking the place of your missing tooth root. This also prevents your the bone beneath your gums from shrinking because the implant signals to the body that nutrients should continue to be sent to the implant site.

With the use of 3-D imaging, Dr. Stasch is now able to do guided implant surgery for more accurate placement than ever before.

After the titanium implant has integrated into the jawbone, which usually takes a few months, we will use our same-day crown CEREC technology to place a crown on the implant. Your new implant plus crown will be made to match your natural teeth and will blend in seamlessly.

Because Dr. Stasch does both the dental implant as well as the restorative crown, you can have all of your treatment done in one place rather than having to see a surgical specialist.

Give our office a call to find out if a dental implant is a good replacement option for your missing tooth.
