Dr. Jeffrey Stasch
Dr. Jeff Stasch opened his dental practice in Garden City in 1984 following his graduation from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. He is currently serving as a member of the Kansas State Dental Board. He served as president of the Kansas Dental Association in 2005 and served as a delegate from the 12th district to the ADA House of Delegates.
Along with his good friend, Dr. Jon Tilton, he founded the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation which to-date has served 17,000 patients and provided $7.5 million in dental care through it’s signature event, the Kansas Mission of Mercy, thanks to the generous contributions of Kansas dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants. As the KMOM organization spread to additional states, a national organization was formed, America’s Dentists Care Foundation. MOM events are now held in 26 states and will provide40 million dollars of dental care this year alone . Jeff was the recipient of the Kansas Dentist of the Year award in 2003.
Jeff is a “jack of all trades,” if you are looking for him after hours or on weekends, you might find him in his shop, working on restoring his old jeep. Having been raised in rural Nebraska his conversations are peppered with strong doses of common sense and a few bad jokes. He loves the opportunity to learn more about just about anything from his patients. Don’t be surprised if the conversation suddenly jumps to the Three Tenors or a classical novel he has read.
